Why should this thing happen???

Once I've been made some mistake. Then I'll made another mistake accidentally. Because of this, someone really mad at me. Not even contact me, pick up my phone, or replied to my message. What can I do to fix this?I've try many things and I've already apologized but it somehow just like become worst. Hmmm...really make me blurr. What more should I say and do???.....
